1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Canada Lotto Picks website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services or purchase tickets. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Canada Lotto Picks.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Ontario, Canada to participate in Canada Lotto Picks: The 2025 Edition. By purchasing tickets, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and residency at any time, and failure to provide adequate proof may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets are sold in pre-defined bundles as specified on our website. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

4. The Draw

The Grand Draw will be conducted on December 31, 2025, using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) under the supervision of an independent auditor. One winner will be selected from all valid entries. The winner will receive 50% of the total Grand Prize Fund. Results will be posted on our website immediately following the draw, and winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

5. Prize Claims

Winners must claim their prizes within 6 months of the draw date (by June 30, 2026). To claim a prize, winners must provide valid government-issued identification and complete all required verification procedures. Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to claim a prize within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture.

6. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use our services for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to manipulate or interfere with the draw process; (c) use automated systems or bots to purchase tickets; (d) create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits; (e) provide false or misleading information; (f) engage in any activity that could harm our systems or other users. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canada Lotto Picks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in the raffle. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tickets. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Canada Lotto Picks website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Canada Lotto Picks or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
